Sorry that the site hasn't been updated in a long time, but both Ruel and Rick (the webmaster) have been quite busy with more pressing matters in their lives over the last few months. Hopefully we'll get some new material up in the coming weeks. Check back or use the Contact AYTD page to request an e-mail when the site is updated.
The 2nd Annual Santa Barbara Zine Fest!Saturday, June 5th, 1999, 11am-6pm Goleta Valley Community Center, 5679 Hollister Avenue, Goleta CA (15 minutes north from downtown SB - 5 minutes from the SB airport) Lynne/Java Turtle and Ruel are busy planning workshops, film screenings, and lots of other goodies just for you.
This web site is designed strictly as a complement to the printed zine. Fans of the print version have no reason to fear, as the print version will remain the primary focus.
Here are some of the reasons why we decided to create an electronic version of AYTD:
The AYTD web site is still new, and we're still experimenting with the design. If you have trouble viewing anything (or think something is terribly ugly), please let us know. By the same token, if there is something you really like on the site, let us know that, too. Use the Contact AYTD page for feedback. Since the site will be undergoing many changes in the near future, you can join the AYTD web site mailing list. We'll use this to let readers know when major additions/changes are made to the site. This way you will find out right away when the calendar, cover gallery, photograph and review sections finally get some content! Simply e-mail the webmaster; you can leave the body blank.
